I live in Hilton Head, South Carolina and I am planning a trip to the Netherlands and I really don’t want to spend a lot of money in travel and hotel. I have been searching online for a while and I know I can find it cheaper than what I have found so far. Friends of mine went real cheap but they forget where they booked the trip through. Can someone help me? I would like to spend no more than 1000 total for two people for a 7 day trip (not including spending money of course).

And definitely online as it’s always a whole lot cheaper for the exact same thing.
One that I’ve used time and time again is voic.com. They generally always beat Expedia, Priceline, as well as the others. Just look at the top right of the page for Travel. They’ve always been excellent to us.

Does anybody know the best place to get Disneyland vacation packages?
We have about 14 people going and we want 2-day park hopper passes (and possibly a place to stay). Looks like Costco.com offers packages. Does anyone know which is the best? Is there a better place to go to get good deals?
It all depends on what you mean by "best". Are you looking for the cheapest rate? Here’s a secret that they don’t want you to know: Disney vacation packages aren’t cheaper, they are actually MORE expensive. You’re paying for perks that the general public doesn’t get, like a special lanyard or early admission to shows, or a concierge room. When you price it out, that ‘free’ soda winds up being 40 bucks!
Are you a AAA member? The Auto Club has some pretty good ticket deals, especially if you buy 3-day park hoppers or more. Or you could just contact group sales at Disney.
For a group that size, you’ll want to reserve your room as soon as possible. If you aren’t going to stay on the property, they I highly recommend the HoJo (Howard Johnson) or Candy Cane Inn. Maybe they have a group rate.

Who has the Best Disneyland Vacation Packages?
Im wanting to take my family on a Vacation in December to Disneyland. Where would I be able to find the cheapest rates for Lodging and tickets without staying in a Flea bag hotel? Ive recieved prices from Disneyland.com but does anyone have any ideas where i should look, besides thier website?
One thing I have noticed about vacation packages at Disneyland: Unlike the "value menu" at fast food places, you don’t get a discount for buying a package. You do get extra perks that the rest of the public does not have access to. So, if your primary goal is to try and save as much munny as possible (sorry, a little Pooh humor there), packages generally don’t help. You would need to have an agent or someone local to help guide you away from the flea-traps.
Fortunately, I live in the area and know most of the hotels. You didn’t mention if you have kids or not, but I find it most handy to stay in a hotel on Harbor Blvd, across the street from the Disneyland entrance. This is very handy for coming back to the room in the afternoon for a rest. My favorite hotels in this area are the HoJo (Howard Johnson: www.hojoanaheim.com), Fairfield Inn, and Candy Cane Inn. There are a number of others, including the Park Vue Inn, Carousel, Park Place Inn, and Tropicana Inn. These are low end motel-type accomodations. You can check out the ratings at tripadvisor.com.
As for tickets, your best bet might be a Citypass. It combines a day at Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, and a 3-day park hopper pass to Disneyland. As mentioned by a previous poster, check out your local aaa travel agency. If you don’t have one, check out arestravel.com.
Be sure to arrive at Disneyland when it opens, to get on the most popular rides early. Get some fast passes and use them in the afternoon when lines are long.

Find a place on International Dr in Orlando that you can go through a time share. When you spend about 90 minutes of your time doing that, they usually give you park tickets for free. Try it! I’ve done it.

Branson missouri is pritty aforadable so go to there site and they can probaly set you up with a small cheap package with a hotell and a show. Goodluck!
