The other day, I went to a tourist information booth and asked.?
"Tell me about some of the people who were here last week……
What have you asked? Here in Bangkok Information you can asked anything what you want. Just visit us at http://www.thebangkokpages.com/
Florida residents- What is your favorite bogus information to give out when a snowbird or tourist asks?
When I am asked for directions to Disney or the beach or wherever, I like to say, "Take I-95 north for about 1000 miles. You can’t miss it!" Now that i live in the Tampa Bay area, I substitute I-75 for I-95. When asked about alligators, I tell folks to stay off of the golf course because anyone wearing black socks with sandals is a sure target for hungry gators. What bogus/ funny things do you like to tell those folks?
I tell them to feed the large flocks of sea gulls and promise them they won’t get pooped on!

Can you give me tourist information for the State of Tennessee U.S.A.?
I want to visit the state. I would like to pick a destination according to places to see such as caves ect..
Try Tennessee Vacation – the state’s official travel planning website:
http://www.tnvacation.com/
I live a few hours from Chattanooga. We’ve taken our children to Rock City and Ruby Falls many times. They always love it!
The Chattanooga Choo-Choo historical railroad takes you on a 1 or 2 hour ride. Very fun for kids.
The Tennessee Aquarium is also in downtown Chattanooga. It’s expensive, but again, the kids love it.
I haven’t been since the Riverwalk opened. I’ve heard good things about.

When a tourist enters the US, is their information kept in the Computer?
I’m from the UK and I visited California last year, I had my fingerprints and picture taken, I’m going back to California next year for another vacation, my second time in the US, will the immigration officer see that I’ve been to the US before? I just find it really interesting for some reason lol.
Assume they know everything.
any tourist information on Lulea in Sweden pls?
hi i’d like some tourist info on lulea in sweden like where to go, where to shop, any specialities worth buying , whats the weather like, as i’m going there on business and have no idea
the best answer will get 10 points and a big thank u.
hello my friend, this is my field, since i grew up and spent the first 21 years of my life in Lulea, Sweden.
First, what is Lulea like? In the summer we have midnight sun, it is light all the time, and maybe you will find it difficult in the beginning to sleep. You will get used, or you can fix to have your room completely dark by a thick black fabric over the window. It is not so hot, but there is a real summer. Lulea is not really the best city for "beachlife".. but there is one place in the area "bergnaset" that is called Trolltjarn, where there is a small small "lake" with a beach – there you can swim and the water will be good.
In the winter, it will be very cold. I have experienced below -40 degrees celcius. That is cold. But nowmaly the coldest in the winter will be around -35. Be sure to have a good winter jacket (like canada goose, or something like that), and a good hat and gloves, and something around your neck. Its all about equipment, you know
. The cold is not so bad ; winter is acually my favourite season. You will see that lulea will change alot in the winter, we make art in ice, there will be in the city at least, and maybe other places. You can go iceskating at "Coop arena", you can play in the snow (because lets face it: we’re all kids on the inside). In the winter it will be dark the most part of the day, so it is important to try to be out in the light when you have the possibility. It’s easy to become sad if you are in the dark all the time. In "Smedjan" there is a coffe place that is totally light inside, with light of the sun. I have never been there, but I hear it’s amazing. If you have time for a bit traveling I reccomend a trip to the ice hotel in jukkasjarvi, Kiruna. It will be an extraorenary experience, to sit in the icebar and drink your drink in a glass made of ice! There are alot of activites you can attend to, like going with reindeers and a slade, like santaclaus
. Oh, oh, and i hope you will see the northern lights, it is like green/purple/orange/white ghosts dancing in the sky. Dont wistle at the northern lights, it is terrible bad luck. If you want to see this, the ideal location is outside the city, away from all the lights, where you will see all the vivid colors.
Okay now, where to shop?
If it is clothes you are after, you will find whatever you are looking for in the city. I would say the two best places to shop in lulea (for clothes) are at the two malls "Shopping" and "Smedjan". As you walk down though the city you will find stores both right and left as you pass. You can also go out to "Storheden" with car or buss, and there you will find one big H&M.
If there is one store i want you to see, that one is "Konst och Hantverk" that is locaded on Smedjegatan 13 in the city. There you will find true craftwork, and at a humane price. You will find typically nordic things, and samic craftwork. I strongly suggest to visit this place. Everything they have is worth buying, and usualy have some kind of "meaning".
I also suggest to stay away from "surstromming", you know, the so called "delicatesse" that is rotten fish? Whatever the crazy swedes tell you about this, dont try it
.
Well, now this answer became a book, so i will end it here, i will ad some links also. I would go shopping with you, if i didnt live in Greece now. Happy visit in my hometown!
Good luck!
