What are the consequences of one week vacations without gym?
Hi everyone. I have a bit of an obsession with my weight. I’m about 5"9 and I weight 147 pounds with a fat percentage of 8.5 percent. I go to the gym everyday for about 3 hours, doing cardio and weight training (except on Wednesdays, when I do Yoga). I’m also taking L-Carnitine and CLA pills.
I’m going for vacations for a week. My question is, without taking the pills and without exercise, will I put too much weight in one week? I mean, everyone knows we eat more on holidays, so take that in consideration!

I think that as a person who works out 6 days a week, you scare the hell out of me. If there is such thing as over-doing it, that would qualify. I think that not only will you survive for that brutal one week vacation, it might be the best thing for you.
Busch Gardens vacation packages with flight and hotel included?
Is there any place that sells a Busch Garden or Orlando Studios vacation package with both the flight and hotel included. I’m trying to book a vacation for my boyfriend and I for either May or June 2009. But, I want to find a package where we will be transported from the airport to the resort without having to rent a car.

well unfortunitly busch gardens doesn’t offer a package that is all inclusive.
you can book a package for an off site but very close hotel and theme park tickets but nothing else.
i’m not sure where you are talking about when you say "orlando studios"?
universal studios and universal islands of adventure do offer packages that include: tickets, hotel, flight, and optional meal plan but NO TRANSPORT from airport to hotel. but there are trams that you can take to get from your hotel to the theme parks.
disney world is the only one that i know of that takes you for free from the airport to the hotel and back, offers free buses from your hotel to the parks, and can book everything all together including the flights, the tickets, the hotel, and an optional meal plan. and there is sooo much to do at disney world with 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, and downtown disney.

Most of the web sites will start out translating to english then switch to german when you get to shopping, events, and many hotels also advertise only in german

What are the top mountain resorts in Vermont to snowboard?
I want to work at a ski resort for the winter of 09/10.
I am 18 years old and would like to work somewhere nice and top notch, with a village but also where I know a lot of younger people will be visiting to/working there that way I can meet people my own age. Any knowledge on resorts that meet this criteria?
Stratton and Smugglers Notch are the two places I would recommend. They are both large resorts with villages that have great nightlife and plenty of open job spaces.
